Refund and Return Policy

Kitsune Incorporated is committed to providing high-quality eBooks and a great customer experience. If you encounter any issues, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

eBooks:
Due to the mostly digital nature of our products, all sales are final and it is not technically possible to return the downloaded books. However, we understand that situations arise where an exchange may be necessary. We will consider requests on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:
1. You received the wrong eBook (different from the one you ordered).
2. The eBook is defective or corrupted and cannot be accessed properly.

 

Prints, Stickers, Dakimakuras, Paperback Books:

1. If item was damaged upon shipment, the item in question will be replaced upon seeing proof of damage (send a picture of the damaged product).

2. Replacements must be requested within 7 days upon item's delivery, meaning 8 days after the item arrived, replacements will not be accepted.

 
How to Request an Exchange
To request an exchange, please contact us at varnell.brandon@gmail.com within 24 hours of your purchase (digital content) or 7 days after the arrival of your product. Include the following information:
1. Your name and contact information.
2. Order number and date of purchase.
3. Title of the eBook/product purchased.
4. A detailed description of the issue.
5. Screenshots/picture or any other relevant evidence if applicable.

Resolution Process
Upon receiving your request, we will review it and respond within 3-5 business days. If your request is approved, we will offer one of the following resolutions:
Exchange: We will provide a replacement copy of the eBook.
Refund: We will process a refund to your original method of payment.
